Base Color - Root retouch using permanent color. Full grey coverage at its finest.
Maintenace: 4 - 8weeks, no more than 12 weeks.
Full Color - Root to ends permanent color. For those looking for a total transformation or to shift their natural color.
Grey Blending - Demi-permanent, semi-translucent color to camouflage greys. A natural effect without full coverage.
Face Frame - Brighten up the face area with foils, also a money piece. Everything from the back of the ears forward. For those wanting more light around the face.
Surface Foil - Forehead to the back of the crown, includes hairline. Just the surface, subtle and beautiful.
Partial Foil - Surface and Face Frame combined: foils placed all around top section of heads. Brighten or refresh the most noticed areas of the hair.
Full Foil - Full head foil placement for those who like to see highlights around their nape when hair is pulled up.
Balayage - Sun-kissed natural looking hair. Hand painted sections with a rooted look. Subtle and dimensional.
Foilyage - Brighter than a balayage with a rooted look. Perfect for those wanting a bright but lived-in look.
Bleach and Tone - Roots to end blonding with full saturation of lightener. Tone to desired shade.
Maintenance; 4 - 8 weeks root regrowth touchup.
Babylights - Subtle highlights, less dimension and more of a diffused blonde. Add-on service to any foiling appointment.
Platinum Card - Every piece of hair is foiled for a high lift blonde to achieve an all-over bright result, little to no dimension. Maintenance: bleach and tone touch-up on regrowth after 4 - 6 weeks.
Mode Blow dry - The signature Mode look. Round brush, wet to dry blowout. Added on to any hair service.
Event Style - Updo or Downstyle. Schedule a consultation with a stylist to ensure you receive the exact style you desire for your special day.
Hair Extension appointments are by consultation only. We use the highest quality human hair on the market and currently offer tape-in extensions by Bellami. Our stylists want to help you extend the life of your hair extensions, please read below for Mode Aveda's recommended home care routine.
- How-to properly shampoo.
- How-to properly brush.
- Your stylist will recommend the appropriate Aveda system for your hair type and texture. We highly recommend you use gentle, sulfate free products when caring for your extensions.
If you notice your extensions start to tangle or mat with your natural hair please give us a call and we can help instruct you on detangling methods. Please be aware if you arrive to your move-up appointment with mats and tangles there will be a $50 charge per hour of detangling.
Mode Aveda understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. We value our stylist's expertise and time, we thank you for your consideration and understanding in adhering to our cancelation policy.
Adjustments / Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns will be for salon credit towards another product only, accompanied by a receipt or purchase history in our database.
There are no refunds for services rendered. We pride ourselves in creating the best customer experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve upon your experience, please let us know within 7 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 7 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. Please note your adjustment services are placed with the stylist who performed the hair service, thank you for understanding.
2. Product returns will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
3. No refunds are given for gift card purchases. Thank you for understanding.
